Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure a safe transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our organic farm team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
